I took Ben to the doctor today for another check-up, and Dr. Marshall informed me he's got a little baby cold. At first I was very worried, as any new mother would be, but she told me that he will be fine. She prescribed some antibiotic ear drops and told me to just make sure that he doesn't get a temperature. Phew... Ben didn't seem very happy with the ear drops, and he's begun crying again. Poor darling... Well I suppose it's time for dinner. Tonight's menu consists of Gerber mashed squash and carrots for Ben and some brown rice and vegetables for me.

Thanks, Mom, I just know how he hates those ear drops. But he sure seems to love this squash!

Yes, Dr. Marshall said it's common, especially with the weather changes. He's not taking this ear antibiotic very well, but at least it's clearing up his cold.

Poor little Ben! Well I'm glad to hear my nephew is going to be OK...though I don't envy what's on his menu for dinner. *giggle*
